Portal hypertension (PH) is a pathological condition characterized by persistent increase in pressure the portal vein pool (>10 mmHg) caused blood circulation blockage at various levels of system. PH accompanied varicose veins development (VV) esophagus and stomach. With progression main disease, severe complications occur (bleeding from stomach, liver failure). The combination pregnancy serious problem practical obstetrics. This article devoted to review literature on issues pregnancy. classifications PH, VV stomach are considered.
